Under the auspices of IAK Legal, Peshawar Centre for Dispute Resolution has been established to serve as venue for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) including Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation. The Centre strives to encourage the use of ADR for settlement of disputes.
